I'm Getting a Cat!!!

I'm getting a cat! Probably I'll get it from a shelter. I want to give it a japanese name. ^_^

I'm pretty grateful to my dad, because he's the one who's getting the cat for us, even though he's allergic to them (what a nice dad).

I've never had a cat before, so tips on keeping a pet are welcome! (in fact, needed)
